INFRINGEMENTS AND VIOLATIONS
In line with Battalion Procedures a three-strike rule has been developed to give HQ the ability to manage and control all infringements or violations conducted by REDeye members.
This allows the leadership group to be aware of issues when they happen, and have control over all developments to ensure everyone has a fair and just outcome should it be required.
3 Strike Rule Procedure
When a serious breach of the BSOPs has been witnessed or reported, a formal document is completed by the witnessing SNCO or Officer (or the SNCO/Officer to whom the issue was reported to). This document includes any strikes, or issues raised against any rifles and posted for all of HQ to see and be made aware of.
The report will contain:
a) Name of individual/s involved.
b) A record for FIRST, SECOND or THIRD strike infringement.
c) Brief description of incident in space provided.
1. Strike 1 – Documented warning via Discord Private Message and Steam Private Message to offender. A note is made at HQ, including document date and description of infringement.
2. Strike 2 – Written and verbal warning (One to One Chat). Additional notes made at HQ, document date and description of infringement.
3. Strike 3 – Document and report to leadership within 1 hour of 3rd incident occurring. Additional notes made, document date and description of infringement.
At this point the Battalion Leadership Group will discuss the matter and this may lead to removal from the Battalion.
BE AWARE THAT ESPECIALLY POOR CONDUCT MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE GROUP AND BANNING WITHOUT THIS PROCEDURE TAKING PLACE.
