[REDeye] HQ Order restructure of the Company Ranks

Hello all Members. Company HQ have moved to restructure the 1st Rifles Ranks to better align with Australian Army Ranks.

What this means is we have phased out the Staff Sergeants Rank and introduced the Regimental Sergeant Major and two classes of Warrant officer.

We also see the addition of the Second Lieutenants Rank.

Finally HQ have recognised our Expansion and deemed necessary to Promote the Company Commander to the Rank of Colonel.
